Commencement of the offshore pipelaying operations for the MGD Project

Bucharest Romania, 21 October 2020

On 17 September, distinguished guests honoured us with their presence at the commencement of our offshore pipelaying operations that we celebrated near Vadu: PM Ludovic Orban, Economy Minister Virgil Popescu and US Ambassador Adrian Zuckerman showed their support in developing the first offshore gas field in Romania after 1989, our MGD Project.

The $400 million project is „a concrete illustration of the strategic partnership between Romania and the United States of America”, highlighted PM Orban at the event.
