JOB SCOPE

Assist the Maintenance Manager to implement proper maintenance system and necessary corrections in order to obtain zero unplanned equipment’s break-down.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review daily work orders and provide reports.
  • Review all relevant documentation to ensure proper data collection.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility.
  • Maintain relation and correspondence with relevant Maintenance Subcontractors.
  • Maintain relation and correspondence with Equipment Vendors
  • Part of the preparation of the facilities maintenance plans/schedule
  • Part of the controlling authorities which manage maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.
  • Prepare maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
  • Develop and or supporting development of Maintenance procedures and manuals
  • Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
  • Establish and maintain the standard operating procedures for maintenance activities.
  • Maintain documentation updated in line with all equipment modification
  • Carry out maintenance audits, inspections according to internal procedures
  • Review and update maintenance standards and ensure all onshore/offshore filed technical certification/documentation is available, maintained and supporting records are readily available.
  • Support development and comprehensiveness of Maintenance Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
  • Support in preparation and follow-up of relevant Permit to Work for Maintenance activities.
  • Support for Maintenance Planner for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) regular updates.
  • Support with engineering solutions/activities during upgrade and improvement processes.
  • Prepares relevant maintenance status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Participate in relevant meetings, take Minutes of Meetings and follow-up to closure, on raised actions.

  • HSE Responsibilities

    • Perform its work tasks in such manner that he will not endanger himself or other surrounding ones
    • Work without actions or omissions leading to hazards
    • Make correct use of machinery and/or hazardous chemicals
    • Make correct use of PPE provided by employer
    • Refrain from disconnecting or arbitrarily remove any safety devices form work equipment’s provided
    • Immediately inform Line Manager or Area Authority regarding any serious or immediate hazards from his workplace
    • Immediately inform Line Manager or Area Authority regarding any work-related incident/accident happened during work process
    • Cooperate with Line Manager or Area Authority to implement any HSE control actions and to ensure a safe working environment within the Company
    • To know and comply with Company HSE rules and regulations as well as with Romanian Legal HSE Requirements
    • Cooperate with authorities’ representatives and provide them with information regarding work related accidents as whiteness or any other information, as requested.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

  • Technical knowledge

    • Bachelor’s degree in Oil and Gas engineering.
    • Proven work experience as a maintenance engineer.
    • Ability to read system schematics and P&IDs.
    • Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
    • Writing maintenance procedures.
    • Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
    • Planning scheduled maintenance.
    • Enterprise-level computer platform experience required (Word, Excel, CAD, Primavera).
    • Good experience with CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system).
